Some games rely on buffers to draw anything at all, but that probably won't be the case here. What this does is disable buffered drawing (something many PSP games use a ton.) It will draw more directly to the screen, although some special effects won't work anymore. If none of that helps, another thing to try is switching 'Rendering mode' to 'Skip buffer effects'. NVIDIA has pushed out some updates lately.
